using the work in any relation to AI, cryptocurrency, or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
i retain full rights to my own works. unless otherwise agreed upon, this includes but is not limited to the right to use them in my portfolios, posting on social media, selling prints, and any other projects i may choose to use them for.
if you would like me to refrain from streaming/posting your commission, please let me know beforehand! a privacy fee may apply.
commissions are for personal use only. unless agreed upon in advance, you may not use the artwork for profit or commercial use in any way. commercial use commissions will be charged an additional fee depending on the size of the project.
you may repost the work only with credit to me in the form of a tag or a link. you may not edit or remove the signature or alter the work in any way without my permission. you are not to use the work without credit to me.

III. PAYMENT

payments are accepted in USD and CAD via stripe invoice.
payment must be made either in full up front, or 50% up front and 50% after completion for commissions valued at over 100 USD.
a design fee will apply for clients without reference photos that would like me to draw from a description or a collection of photos.
under no circumstances should you issue a chargeback. i will transfer the money back to you in case of a refund. if you choose to cancel your commission, your refund will depend on the progress made.

if i am personally unable to complete your commission, i will refund you in full regardless of progress.

IV. PROCESS AND REVISIONS

commissions may take anywhere from a week to three months after acceptance. there is no set deadline unless otherwise agreed upon. a rush fee may apply for tight deadlines.
once i have accepted your commission, i will begin working on a sketch. i will make up to 2 major revisions and multiple minor revisions at this stage without any additional charge.
after the sketch is approved, i will only make minor revisions.
excessive or major revisions will incur an additional fee.
i will send you low-resolution watermarked images during the process to ensure your vision is maintained.
please make sure to respond in a timely manner in order to avoid significant delays!
you will receive progress sketches along with a digital png file of the final work. you will not receive any physical goods.
