I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Clients are expected to remain professional and respectful throughout the process.

Use of my artwork in relation to AI, cryptocurrency, or NFTs is strictly prohibited.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain full rights to my own artwork. This includes but is not limited to the right to display it in my portfolio and on social media, or include it in other personal projects.

If you would like me to refrain from posting or streaming your commission, please let me know beforehand! A privacy fee may apply.

Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed upon in advance. Commercial use will incur an additional fee depending on the scope of the project.

You may repost the work only with clear credit to me in the form of a tag or a link. You may not edit or remove the signature or alter the work in any way without my permission.

Payments are accepted in USD and CAD via Stripe invoice.

Payment must be made either in full upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after completion for commissions valued at over 100 USD.

A design fee may apply if no reference images are provided and the design must be created from a description.

Chargebacks should not be issued with prior communication. If a refund is necessary, I will process it directly. Refunds for canceled commissions depend on progress:

not started: 100%

during initial sketch phase: 70%

during cleaning phase: 50%

during flat colour phase: 20%

No refunds will be issued once the flat colours have been approved by the client.

If I am unable to complete your commission for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund regardless of progress.

Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months after acceptance, depending on complexity and queue. Completion dates are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in advance. Rush fees may apply for expedited deadlines.

After acceptance, I will provide a sketch. Up to 2 major revisions and multiple minor revisions are included at this stage at no additional cost.

After the sketch is approved, only minor revisions will be accepted.

Additional major revisions or excessive revision requests may incur an additional fee.

Low-resolution, watermarked previews will be shared during the process for approval. Please make sure to respond in a timely manner in order to avoid significant delays!

The final product will be delivered as a digital PNG file. Source or working files, including layers, will not be provided. You will not receive any physical goods.
